13. From The Rational Male – Preventative Medicine:Alpha Men don’t complain about sexual frequency, they simply move on to a new woman. Betas complain about sexual frequency because they are expected to know and accept (now via open Hypergamy) that they will never enjoy the type of sex their women had with the Alphas in their Party Years.
I hate to say it, but the more of these "Rules from Rollo" I look up and give my two cents about, the less respect I have for the guy. He seems like he feels gypped and bitter that he had a slow start with women or something. Maybe he tried turning a ho into a housewife and got burned. Perhaps I am looking at it through a married guy lens, but this alpha/beta dichotomy is overblown. Everyone has facets in their lives that they are more authoritarian or "alpha" and other areas where they take a back seat in (the beta role). This further segregation of men into these different groups is not healthy. Do these, and you shouldn't have to complain about sexual frequency or "move on to a new woman".
As a married guy, you should be the alpha in the relationship with your wife. Don't let her hen peck you, or ask her for permission/direction for every little thing. Be the man of the house, but not a dictator either. There is a balance.
1. Do the self improvement, physically, (fitness, hygiene, and clothes), financially (make money, proper spending), spiritually (12 virtues in the Scout Law), emotionally (curb your temper and your crying), and develop skills (career, hobby, repairs, cooking). You do these, and other women will find you attractive, increasing your wife's need to up her game and her desire for you will naturally increase.
2. Learn to flirt. Try different things, and learn what she responds to. It is a ever changing game, and you need to learn to read her body language and responses.
3. Be friendly and outgoing with others in her presence. She will think she has a catch if you talk with others, but she is the one you take home.
There are more, but I am lazy (albeit less lazy than some of you like Bem) but I think you get the idea.
