Risk vs Return

We know in the financial world, riskier investments tend to bring  a better return on your investment. Depending on your personality, and your stage in life, you may decide to invest your money and time differently. Today, I would like to explore this idea and apply it to the dating market, looking at women that would be acceptable to invest into. As marriage is a huge investment, probably the biggest investment of your life, you need to carefully evaluate the risks and issues before signing the contract. Many men have done well with a wife, others have lost everything. As with financial investment, studying out the different options and investing in the right option when the market is right is crucial.

In this chart, you want things in the upper-left corner. You want lots of return for little risk. The red line would be a neutral investment and you can slide along that, depending on your personality type. In the financial realm, investment strategies slide fairly close to the line as the fair market value is dictated by supply and demand. Not so with women, they can be unpleasant and a risky venture, or they can be more pleasant and a safer venture. However, the guys with more SMV to spend will tend to get the women in the upper portion of the chart. The bottom-right would be the area to avoid.

Age

Young women have plenty to offer, but you get down to 16-18, and the risk goes up too. Girls younger than 20 have some growing up to do and will be a divorce risk and will have issues with being immature. The best age to marry a girl would be around 21.  They have enough experience to not be longing for whats on the other side, but they still have plenty of youth left.

As age increases past 28, the return decreases, but also the risk increases. Sure, the chances of them divorcing decreases, but you are risking more financial assets as you grow in your career. Old women who have not been married yet, or have been divorced are more likely into it only for the money/security and will be likely to divorce grape you. Their fertility window has passed and their emotional investment into you will be far less than if you were high school sweethearts.

 Looks

 Hot women are awesome, but that is only for a time. With that hotness, comes a sense of entitlement and narcissism. From 3 to 7, they are the best investment. A 9.9 may look awesome, but is Billy Joel that better off for marrying Christie Brinkley? On the bottom end of the spectrum, you may get a warthog to marry you and stay with you, but is it that great of a deal?

Notch Count

How many people a woman sleeps with quickly diminishes a woman's return of investment. Her grossness increases, her pair bonding ability decreases, and her likelihood of divorcing you increases. You may notice an odd bump around a notch count of five. It surprised me when I saw the data. This comes from her ability to pair bond is still there, but she will pair bond with one of those 5 guys. As the numbers continue to increase, her pair bonding ability is destroyed, as well as certain body parts. As the count increases, she acquires the "duel mating strategy" and will respect you less, and respect herself less. You can't turn a whore into a housewife.

Education

As with looks, with education comes an arrogance and narcissism. They will be the career types that carry lots of debt and have little time for children.  Look for the women who have a certain amount of education, which separates them from the welfare queens and common trash, but not so much that they bring large student debts or self-centered egos.

Morals

One of the more improvement aspects is looking at the morals of the woman. The most morally stalwart women will probably be the safest investment, but will they be any fun, or will they give you good sex? They will expect you to be just as morally pure as they are. But, you will probably have a good home life and raise good children. On the other end, you have women with no morals. The risk in these women are very high. They may do down on you in a theater in the evening, but they will also go completely psycho and try to stab you later on.

I would go for the women who are trying to be good, but have a little wild streak to them. She may have been made fun of in school for being a square, but you can trust her. Average women are too immoral in my opinion, it is better to reward the women who do try to make an effort.
