99 Rules for men - Part 48

48. When the bartender asks, you should already know what you want to drink.

Agreed...... Indecisiveness comes off as weak, lazy, or being unsure of yourself. When in doubt, just have a particular fallback or two to go for. Mine was beer or a shot of whiskey. At a restaurant, same thing. Don't be overly indecisive. Go ahead and peruse the menu a bit, but don't behave like you don't know what you want. People will pick up on that.

Same goes for life in general. Waiting around for the answer to come to you is a waste of time. When I played football back in High School, my coach told us, "If you are in the middle of a play and you are not sure what to do, pick a direction and play it at 110% (whatever that means). If you are not sure if you want to take the job in Cincinnati, make the choice and move on with your life. Research, pray, and listen to your innards. But go ahead and do it. If you fail to make the choice, you made a choice by your inaction.
