36 Questions from Women - Part 12

12) Why would you ever send an unsolicited "Richard" pic?

Not that I ever have, but guys do things that work. Maybe not with all women, but enough women find another man's junk interesting to look at to make it worth the time and risk involved to send out those pictures. Guys would not do it if they didn't get positive feedback from enough women to make it worth their while.

Speaking of sending out inappropriate pictures, women as a whole have absolutely ZERO room to talk on this subject. In nearly all social media platforms, women everywhere are posting crude pictures or videos of themselves, often in the act of doing unmentionable things. Pornography has become mainstream.

On the subject of pornography, this media is vile and it messes with the minds of our youth. I find it interesting that material that has been determined by law to be suitable for people who are 18+ years old, and yet there are no safeguards to make sure only adults can access the material. They do it with bank accounts, shopping accounts, and all other sorts of websites on the internet, why can they not create a ".xxx" domain, or allow the material to be shown only on https:// type websites. It really seems like there are people pushing this material and demanding it to be exposed to our youth.

Last year, we bought a cell phone for my son. Even with the simplest phone we could find, it had internet access as long as he has access to wifi. About 1 month later, we noticed changes in his behavior and took his cell phone. We discovered he was looking at pixilated porn with that phone. We scoured the internet to find a replacement phone which did not have internet access. Couldn't find any, but we did find a cell phone provider that specializes in not having internet available in their phones. More money for less service. For the time being, he is going without a phone.

There are some things you can do as a parent to reduce porn accessibility at home. I disabled "in private browsing" on all the browsers at home. There are filters and other things that you can do. A quick search on the internet will guide you to some useful tools. Unfortunately, those internet filters make the computer less user friendly.

On top of internet filters, you can place the computer in the living room, and lock it out when not in use. If you have sons and daughters, they will snitch on each other if one decides to use it inappropriately. Most importantly, teach them, and teach yourself why that material is not good to look at. It leads to depression, loss of self worth, strains family relationships, creates expectations based on a fantasy, and builds an unrealistic vision of what women look like naked. Keep away from that stuff, it rots your brain.
