We all have done it, we have something planned for the day and we have a little time to kill, so we jump on the computer for a little bit, and pretty soon two hours have gone by and along with it your window of opportunity. Don't do this.
Perhaps this is easier said than done. I suppose I have written several times about the evils of media in general, but it bears repeating. There are powers who want to corrupt the morality of your family so that you are more easily controlled. Don't do this. Not only is a waste of time, it separates you from reality.
If you ever been around a schizophrenic cat lady, you know what damage this can do. For many people, gone are the days of stories of what they did on the weekend, and discussions revolve around the current news feed, or worse yet, the drama unfolding on a fictional TV show or movie. Don't be that guy.
