Philly is a big dump. It sucks and is ran by lame-o liberals. We can’t forget the Soros backed DAs and Judges. Philly went from one of the major cities that founded the country to a dung heap. What we need is to build a wall around it. There is no hope for Philly and like a plague infested town it needs to be sealed. After we build the wall around it we can turn it into a prison just like in “Escape from New York”. Philly deserves it, the people turned one of our prized possessions into garbage.
